What size single speed bike frame should I get,and what other parts do i need to built a single speed bike?
Hi im planning to built a single speed bike since im new to this bike stuff what size frame should I get?Im 5′9".What other parts do I need to built the bike and what size?

you’re probably a 54cm. it depends on your torso. if you’re new to cycling you might want to get fitted somewhere so you can have your size for future reference. as far as building a single speed you basically just need a freewheel. But if you’re wanting to build up a fixed gear(much cooler and alot more fun) you’ll need to have a track cog and lock ring. However, if you do build up a fixed gear you need to try to find a frame with horizontal dropouts to keep you from spending well over $100 on a hub. Or you could always get a flip flop hub that has a freewheel on one side and a fixed gear on the other.
